Filter Tumble Over Cans function
When the cans go through the drying oven, some cans fall down occasional, filter the tumble over cans to prevent from blocking the conveyor line. And some tumble over cans do not meet the drying quality requirement.

Prevent blocking function
When the cans go from the wide conveyor to narrow conveyor, it will be easily blocked. The mechanism is composed of two barriers controlled by cylinder, the barriers moves relatively, make cans go through smoothly.
The function can make the conveyor more smoothly, reduce the artificial maintenance time, and improve production efficiency.
Fail cans collection function
The fail cans will be rejected to another conveyor belt close to the production conveyor, fail cans go along with the conveyor belt to collect platform, will be protect from damage.
Alarm automatic when the collecting platform is full, remind workers to deal with fail cans.
Count and collection function
The device is often used for milk cover. Count the covers, then collect and separate the covers to 100(or other number) covers per group.
The device can reduce labor cost, and greatly improve production efficiency.
